Our end-to-end construction services include pre-construction, construction, and post-construction management. We combine the latest technology with experienced professionals to ensure the best results, on time and within budget.
Pre-construction Services
We handle all the planning to ensure your project meets your goals and expectations. Main components of the pre-construction phase include evaluating the effectiveness of the design, procurement of materials, and assembling an experienced project team, including subcontractors.
We start by studying the project design to evaluate the effectiveness of the design elements as they relate to your construction budget, construction time/duration, and overall project cost.
We then go to work on pricing and procuring the materials needed to complete the project.
Finally, we draw from a pool of pre-qualified subcontractors to determine the right partners for your construction project. Each contractor must pass an extensive verification process that includes licensing and insurance, trade references, bonding capacity, backlog information, safety performance, and litigation history.
Construction Services
We complete all construction preparation, including the creation of detailed project schedules, testing plans, and quality control mechanisms.
When construction commences, we meet regularly with subcontractors to ensure compliance with regulations and the project requirements. We maintain a 4-week, look-ahead schedule, incorporate long lead items into our long-term schedule, and utilize our pre-task program to keep everyone on schedule.
Inspections, testing, and documentation are important components of the construction phase. Daily on-site performance is monitored by our Superintendent. Subcontractor performance is also monitored by our Quality Control Supervisor who performs regular inspections and testing. Finally, the recording and posting of daily reports, meeting minutes, and photos provide teams access to up-to-date information on project progress, issues, and changes.
Post-construction Services
Once construction is complete, our team does a walk-through to define punch list items and plan for the timely resolution of issues and completion of any unfinished details. We supply copies of warranties, guarantees, and lien releases and provide “as-built” drawings that reflect modifications from the original plans.
