PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Harper Companies executed a mass excavation for an Ivory Homes housing development utilizing a systematic approach designed to ensure efficiency and precision throughout the process.

The process began with a detailed assessment of the site, including topography, soil conditions, and any environmental considerations. This assessment helps in developing an excavation plan tailored to the specific needs of the housing development.

Harper Companies deployed a range of heavy machinery and excavation equipment suited to handle large-scale earthmoving tasks. This includes excavators, bulldozers, and dump trucks capable of efficiently moving and disposing of earth and debris.

Harper Companies then carefully graded the site to achieve the desired slopes and levels necessary for the housing development’s infrastructure. Proper compaction techniques were employed to ensure the stability of the soil and foundation.

The project was completed in Hollow Flats, Santaquin and spanned a full 21 acres or 100,000 cubic yards.
